Just re-watched my $3 July 4th Wal-Mart copy of There Will be Blood for naptime today. Whew. I think I need to rewatch Princess Bride just to get some sense of innocence back.
It does beg this question: which Daniel Day Lewis character is more evil/morally corrupt/is not to be messed with?

Bill was a butcher, but Daniel was just evil man. Have you heard Liz’s theory on PT Anderson films and love?
i voted for Plainview. Bill the Butcher was a bad guy, but he had moments of semi-sweetness and heartbreaking vulnerability. Plainview was the embodiment of American capitalistic greed. Which is evil to it’s core, obviously.
